MUSIC PRODUCTION
Braillyn is a passionate engineer and musician eager to bring artists' visions to life. Being a perfectionist and recording artist herself, she knows the importance of feeling fully content with a finished record. She does anything she can to make the recording experience inspiring for everyone involved, including being flexible with budgets, creative processes, and schedules. Braillyn is located in Boston, MA & Eugene, OR but is also willing to travel for engineering work. She is very competent at using zoom for virtual meetings and working with artists remotely as well.
At first, the recording world was very confusing and daunting as a young artist new to the music industry. Braillyn started working with an at-home producer in 2017, who was very unprofessional and didn't respect her budget, vision, and timeline. This setback in her recording career pushed her to get back up, become a reliable producer for artists, and earn an Associate in Music Production & Technology from Lane Community College in 2021. She then worked as a Recording Engineer at Sprout City Studios in Eugene, OR where she has worked with many different artists, from Rappers to Acoustic Blues Artists. She is now studying Professional Music with focuses in Acoustics and Songwriting at Berklee College of Music and continues to produce her original music as well as other artists.

RECORDING SESSIONS
I love engineering and having fun in the studio!
I'm available as a recording engineer at Sprout City Studios in Eugene, OR and occasionally at Berklee College of Music in Boston, MA and Lane Community College in Eugene OR. I mostly work in Ableton Suite but have licenses and experience in ProTools and Logic.
I have experience with singer/songwriter sessions(acoustic guitar and voice), full band sessions(drums, bass, guitar, keys, and vocals), and rap tracking sessions(beats and vocal recording).
MIXING/EDITING TRACKS
Finding creative ways to manipulate audio to create a unique sound in the mixing/editing process is one of my favorite parts of the production process.
I'm available for remote editing/mixing tracks from home using additional mixing resources at Berklee College of Music(Boston, MA) and Sprout City Studios(Eugene, OR). I have capability to edit and mix large projects with many tracks in Ableton, ProTools and/or Logic. I use many high quality and sought after plugins from Isotope, Ozone, Antares, and Melodyne. I have experience mixing a range of genres and have a good ear to shape your sound into exactly what you want.
MASTERING TRACKS
Mastering tracks can seem useless to some but it's very important for creating flow from song to song in an album and getting a good output level for streaming sites. I also like finding the subtle ways to enhance the sound and color of a track.
I'm available to master tracks remotely and get them ready for release. I have experience mastering and releasing music of my own. I'm very good at finding subtle enhancements to tracks and blending them well with other tracks in an album or EP. I would love adding the finishing touches to your tracks and make sure they are ready to release to streaming sites!
SONGWRITING
Songwriting has always been one of my biggest passions growing up. I'm currently studying songwriting at Berklee College of Music and have been learning so many great techniques on how to further convey a message in a song.
I'm available to write lyrics, melodies, harmonies, chords progressions, and arrangements. I'm mostly experienced in writing Jazz, Bossa Nova, Folk, Pop, Bluegrass, and Alternative. I can sing lead vocals and harmonies as well as play guitar, piano, flute, and ukulele. I'm experienced in making beats in Ableton as well as writing parts for MIDI instruments. I also have experience using Finale and Musescore to write lead sheets, parts, and full scores.
